What is Kaledo?
Kaledo is a name of traditional food from Palu, Central Celebes, Indonesia. This food is similar to oxtail soup, the difference is the bone from the feet of an ox and is served not with rice but with yams. The bone itself is a knee bone segment that is still full of sums. There are also those who say, that Kaledo comes from the Kaili language, the language of the residents of Palu. Ka means Hard, and Ledo means No, so that it can mean "not hard".
